intense exercise program combines a mixture of cardio body-sculpting and lightweight, high repetition resistance training.

During your journey, your boot camp trainer will lead you through your unique boot camp routine using everything from stability balls and dumbbells to BOSU's and body bars. 14-Day Boot Camps meet every day. Extreme 4-Week Boot Camp meets 4x per week. |
During these boot camps your endurance will be tested (and improved!) as you follow the cardio program outlined by your trainer.
