Extreme 4-Week Boot Camp

This four week program is more flexible than our 14-day programs. All Sundays are rest days and on most Saturdays you will do your cardio only at your convenience. During our training sessions we use many different exercise types such as cardio intervals, partner workouts and heavy weight training. By mixing it up and providing a diet to follow that is easy to live with, you will get results and learn good habits while still feeling full of energy and having fun. This is a great Boot Camp to follow up a 14-Day Boot Camp in order to really create a solid fitness program that you can live with in order to keep going strong!
