Is there a refund policy?
If the session is cancelled by Cindie for any reason, you will receive a full refund. In order for a Boot Camp session to run we require a minimum of 5 people. You must cancel 3 days prior to the session in order to receive a full refund.

Are positive results guaranteed?
Absolutely! If you follow the Boot Camp workouts and diet and you don't see positive results, we will give you a free Boot Camp to be taken any time during the year.

How often do you run Boot Camp and what are the times?
As often as requested. We try to accommodate the schedules of our participants. Camps have run in the morning, afternoon and evening. See our Boot Camp Schedule or request dates and times.

What if I miss a class?
If there is another Boot Camp running you can join their class for the day, otherwise there is no makeup class.

How many people are in a class?
A minimum of 5 people and the maximum depends on the facility, but never more than 10.

Can any fitness level join?
All fitness levels are welcome. Everything we do can be done at all levels. We will push you at YOUR level.

What should I bring to class?
Water and a positive attitude. A sweat towel comes in handy because you WILL be sweating.

How do I stay in shape after the 14-day Boot Camp?
At the end of the two weeks everyone has the option of enrolling in Quick-2-Fit Boot Camp Maintenance Program. Maintenance classes are offered throughout the week with different intense workout plans to keep your fitness program fun and fierce!

Why should I do Boot Camp instead of just regular workouts or classes?
Boot camp provides the motivation and framework to achieve your fitness goals. It will push you beyond your regular limits in an intense efficient program. On our own it's easy to fall into a work out rut. Boot Camp is the kick you need to take your fitness to the next level.

Are there men and women in the classes?
Yes. However, you can request an all-women or all-men boot camp.

Is there a daily weigh-in?
There is a weigh in at the beginning and end of Boot Camp. We also take body measurements and body fat percentage.

What happens if I don't lose weight?
We guarantee that you will. If not, then we will give you a free Boot Camp within the year.
