The Program:

The Workout:
An intense exercise program combines a mixture of cardio body-sculpting and lightweight, high repetition resistance training. During this 14-day journey, you will meet with your boot camp trainer every single day, and under his/her leadership, you will be led through your unique boot camp routine using everything from stability balls and dumbbells to BOSU's and body bars. During the 4 Week Extreme Boot Camp, you will meet with your trainer 4 times a week. During both boot camps your endurance will also be tested (and improved!) as you follow the cardio program outlined by your trainer.
The Diet:
The fastest way to lose weight is to combine diet and exercise. Boot Camp provides a low-calorie, high-energy diet that will help burn fat and build muscles. Designed by an exercise scientist, the plan includes daily menus as well as recipes to prepare all the recommended meals.

Working out with the same group in a fun supportive environment keeps you focused on your goal. Our qualified instructors work with you to take your fitness to the next level.
